Replacement solid conservatory roofs

The Ultraframe LivinRoof (smooth finish) and UltraRoof (lightweight tiles) have been designed specifically to meet the demands of conservatory owners who want to adapt their existing conservatories into a single-storey solid roof extension.

The new roofing systems can breathe new life into an old conservatory, or be specified as part of a new one. Effectively a cross between a conservatory and orangery, the LivinRoof and UltraRoof systems deliver the high thermal efficiency values and noise reduction, expected of a conventional roof, but can include glazed panels, as part of the design, to create ‘orangery-style’ down lighting.

Designed and manufactured to your existing conservatory’s precise dimensions, the modular design of the roofs makes removal of the old glazed sections and installation of the new roof a fast and simple process. Typically carried out over 2–3 days, the roofs can be installed with the minimum amount of mess or disruption. All existing services below the roofline – power sockets, radiators, underfloor heating etc – are unaffected, and all paving and planting around the conservatory can be retained.
